User Involvement
Laura Luckhurst is currently working as researcher on a project with the National Centre for Independent Living and Shaping Our Lives, called Service User-Led Culture Change. This is a 6-month investigation into how people who use social care services influence changes for the better in those services, and how such change can be sustained over time. The research will be used to develop good practice guidelines.
